2018 IN A NUTSHELL

It's 2019 already?!?! Phew time flies really fast huh! Everything happened so fast, I can't believe we're stepping into the year 2019.

I'm actually writing this post at 11:23pm on 31/12/2018 so I'm gonna try my best typing out what I have experienced and faced throughout this year before the clock strikes 12am (which means new year woohoo!). The year 2018 has been one of the best year, I would say, that I've experienced in life. So many great things to be thankful of and blessed. Well, not to forget that some I-do-not-want-to-remember-it things did happen but let's just bring flashbacks on things that made everyone including me, happy :)

Let's not waste time writing 'essay' so here I go!

15 MARCH 2018

The day I received my SPM result. It was one of the moment that I cherish much because I got to see my parents smiled and cried a little.

28 APRIL 2018

Majlis Anugerah Kecemerlangan. This was my very first time attending this kind of event because I was never qualified for it throughout my school life. I'm quite proud that I got to attend it even though I've finished high school. What made it more interesting, my sister received the award too so the whole family was there 💖.

25 JUN 2018

This is the day I enrolled into Kampus Pusat Asasi Dengkil, AsiD. On this day and three days onward, I was very very homesick even though it's only a less than 30-minute drive from my house. But after that, I managed to cope living apart from my parents and gradually started to like living in Dengkil, thanks to the old and new friends I made here.

15 AUGUST 2018

My parents got the chance to perform Haji on this day. Aida being Aida, she cried so much. In fact, she started crying about this a month before this date....in shower.

After they finished performing Haji, an impossible-but-possible thing happened. Y'all, my father has stopped smoking 😭💙. I was so happy when I found out about it. Let's all pray that my father will never ever ever start smoking again, Ameen!

I also realized something unthinkable and special happened during this time. They arrived in Mecca on Papa's birthday (16 August 2018) and arrived back in Malaysia on Umi's birthday (25 September 2018). Very interesting, right?

10 DECEMBER 2018

Again, I was given the chance to receive the award of excellence but this time in Foundation. Alhamdulillah!

??/??/2018

This year as well, my parents (especially my mom) kindly allow me to go out with friends and cousins. She hardly say 'yes' during schooling days but after I finished high school, I can feel that I am free (but with limit also) to go hang out with friends and cousins. Dengan boyfriend je tak lepas lagi hehehe...(Acah je, boyfriend pun takde pft)

Here are some photos of me lepak-ing with my go-to people.

That's it for summary of 2018. It has been an amazing journey growing up into adolescent. I can't wait to become an adult soon...not. I'm not ready to handle the stress of an adult yet but trust me, 2019 is just gonna end in short period of time just like 2018 did and suddenly it's 2020 already.... and I'm no more a 'teenager' huaaaaa *cries in the corner*

Till now,
Happy new year everybody 💝.
